Receiving a denial, lower than expected rating, or unfavorable decision from the VA can be frustrating. Many veterans assume a denial means the end of the road, when in reality it often means there was a gap in the evidence, documentation, or service-connection argument presented to the VA.
Our appeals support process is designed to help veterans understand what happened, identify potential deficiencies in their claim, and develop a plan for strengthening their case moving forward.

Our team helps veterans:
Many unfavorable decisions stem from missing evidence, insufficient medical documentation, lack of service connection support, or a failure to demonstrate the severity of a condition under VA rating criteria.
Once potential gaps are identified, we help veterans understand what may strengthen their claim, including:
Our goal is to help veterans develop a clearer and more complete evidentiary record that addresses the concerns raised by the VA.
We can provide guidance and support for veterans who have previously gone through our process and need help understanding next steps after an unfavorable outcome.
We help veterans:
We do not assist with claims that are currently tied up in an active:
If a veteran currently has an active HLR or Board appeal, we cannot assist with the conditions involved in those pending submissions until the process is complete. We may, however, be able to discuss other new claim opportunities unrelated to the pending appeal, depending on the circumstances.
A denial or unfavorable rating does not necessarily mean a veteran's claim lacks merit. In many cases, success comes down to properly identifying what evidence is missing and addressing the specific concerns outlined by the VA.
Our role is to help veterans understand the decision, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a roadmap for building a stronger claim moving forward.
Important: Every VA claim and appeal is evaluated independently by the Department of Veterans Affairs. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome, but we can help veterans better understand the process and identify opportunities to strengthen their case.
